How To Make The Most Of Your Distant Healing...

Distant Healing Tips

  • Ten minutes before your Distant Healing is due to begin, make yourself comfortable somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
  • Put your mobile phone in aeroplane mode and switch off your landline.
  • You may like to close the curtains and/or play some soothing music at a low level and close your eyes.
  • Don't worry too much about quieting your mind or falling asleep. The healing will still work.
  • Set a low volume alarm so that you know when your session is over (this will negate any need to keep checking the clock).
  • Try to allow yourself ten or fifteen minutes after the Distant Healing is complete to 'come to' and ground. You may like to get up slowly and have a glass of water or sit outside for a few moments.
  • Some people find value in reflecting on the experience, journaling about it and keeping a close eye on their own wellbeing over the following days and weeks.
  • Feel free to contact us here with any queries before or after your Distant Healing appointment.
